Service Advisor

We are recruiting for a Service Advisor on behalf of a reputable, family-run dealership in Guildford. This position offers an excellent-Service Advisor opportunity for experienced automotive professionals to join a well-established business that values its staff and promotes a positive working environment.

• Competitive basic salary of -33,000, with an OTE of up to -38,000
• Monday to Friday working hours, from 8am to 6pm, with one late evening finish at 6.30pm

Duties:

• Assist customers by understanding their vehicle service needs and providing professional advice
• Manage workshop bookings and coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient job completion
• Upsell additional services and parts while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
• Process warranty claims and complete relevant administrative documentation
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service history, and vehicle information
• Promote repeat business through a consultative and customer-focused approach

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar role in the automotive sector
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to organise and prioritise workload effectively
• Knowledge of automotive systems and workshop processes
• Customer-focused attitude with a professional manner
• Valid driving licence
