Customer Service Advisors - Christmas Temporary Roles 12.71 per hour + team commission 40 hours per weekStart: 26 October 2026 Temporary assignment through to the end of JanuaryLove helping customers and looking for a temporary role over the festive season?TeamJobs is recruiting four Customer Service Advisors to support a luxury accessories brand during its busy Christmas period.You''ll join a friendly team, helping customers with their orders and deliveries while enjoying some fantastic seasonal benefits!What you''ll be doing:Handling customer enquiries by telephone, email and live chat.Answering questions about orders, deliveries and products.Resolving customer queries professionally and efficiently.Maintaining accurate customer records and following enquiries through to resolution.What we''re looking for:Previous customer service experience and confidence handling busy phone lines.Strong written communication skills.A friendly, helpful approach and the ability to stay calm under pressure.Availability to start on 26 October and commit through to January.Hours and working arrangements:40 hours per week, working five days with two days off.Shifts of 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm, including a one-hour lunch break.Approximately 3-4 weekend shifts across the assignment, with flexibility where possible to avoid working both Saturday and Sunday.Office-based during the week, with potential to work from home at weekends once trained.All training takes place in person, with a laptop and ..... full job details .....
