Duties of an Service Advisor:

• Greet customers and serve as the initial point of contact, delivering a welcoming experience
• Book service appointments and manage workshop diaries efficiently
• Upsell additional services and repairs in line with customer needs
• Handle all paperwork accurately in accordance with brand and dealership standards
• Maintain the dealership’s professional image through outstanding customer service
• Cultivate and manage customer relationships to promote loyalty and satisfaction

Requirements of an Service Advisor:

• Previous experience as an Service Advisor within the motor trade industry
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of automotive service processes and customer relationship management
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Motivated to develop and enhance skills within a reputable dealership environment
