Service Advisor - Torbay (£30,000-£36,000)OverviewYou will be the main point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring vehicle servicing and repairs are managed efficiently while delivering excellent customer service. Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers and discuss servicing, maintenance, and repair requirements.Book vehicles into the workshop and arrange courtesy cars where needed.Liaise with technicians and workshop controllers on vehicle progress.Keep customers updated and obtain approval for additional work.Prepare job cards, estimates, and invoices.Explain completed work and associated charges.Upsell service plans, labour, parts, and other aftersales products.Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.RequirementsPrevious Service Advisor experience in a motor dealership.Strong customer service and communication skills.Good administration and computer skills.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Full UK driving licence.Experience with dealership management systems is advantageous.Salary and Benefits£30,000-£36,000 (depending on experience).Bonus opportunities.Company pension.Ongoing manufacturer/dealership training.Career progression within a dealership group.Supportive team environment. ..... full job details .....
