Service Advisor Location: Southampton Salary: £30,000 - £36,000 (depending on experience) Job Description Pembrook Resourcing are currently seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our client''s busy dealership in Southampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and experience within the motor trade to join a successful and professional team. Key Responsibilities Acting as the first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service and repair. Booking vehicles into the workshop and organising the service schedule. Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicle throughout the day. Liaising with the workshop team and technicians regarding work required. Upselling additional work, services, or products where appropriate. Preparing job cards, invoices, and associated administration. Ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction at all times. Requirements Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade is preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work well in a busy, fast-paced environment. Strong organisational and administrative skills. A professional and positive attitude. Full UK driving licence.
