Service Advisor Location: Exeter Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 Basic £34,000 - £38,000 OTE Hours: Monday-Friday + Saturday rota The Role We are recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy and well-established dealership in Exeter. You''ll be the main point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and professional aftersales experience while supporting the workshop in maintaining efficiency and productivity. Key Responsibilities Booking in vehicles for service, MOT, and repair work Providing accurate estimates and gaining customer approval Keeping customers updated on vehicle progress and costs Upselling additional work, services, and products Liaising with the workshop and technicians Managing invoices and ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately Delivering high levels of customer service and satisfaction (CSI) Requirements Previous experience as a Service Advisor Strong communication and customer service skills Good sales and upselling ability Organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment Experience with systems like Kerridge / Pinnacle (desirable) Full UK driving licence Package and Benefits £30k-£33k basic depending on experience Realistic OTE up to £38k Bonus scheme (monthly + CSI-based) Manufacturer training Career progression opportunities Pension and staff discounts Progression Senior Service Advisor Service Team Leader Aftersales / Service Manager ..... full job details .....
