Key Responsibilities Handling a high volume of inbound telephone calls from customers, patients, healthcare professionals and other organisations. Listening carefully to customers and understanding their needs. Providing clear, accurate and compassionate information. Dealing with enquiries, orders, deliveries and general customer service queries. Liaising with internal teams and healthcare professionals to resolve issues. Updating customer records and ensuring information is recorded accurately. Managing sensitive and sometimes challenging conversations with patience and professionalism.
