Service Advisor (Motor)

Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our client based in the Melksham area who a looking to recruit a Service Advisor on a permanent basis

What you will be doing:

• First point of contact for customers in person and over the phone
• Keeping customers updated on their vehicles
• Explain repairs and services to customers
• Liaison with internal departmetns including the workshop
• Providing accurate informaiton on repairs and services  

What you will need to succeed:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor industry is preferable
• Excellent problem solving, communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure where no two days are the same
• Good IT skills
