Service Advisor

Service Advisor (Automotive) Location: Fareham
Pay: -17.79 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday
Contract: Initial agency contract with a strong opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate. Immediate start is necessary.

We are recruiting an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join a busy and well-established dealership in Fareham. If you have excellent customer service skills, previous motor trade experience and are available to start ASAP, we''d like to hear from you.

Working Hours that the successful candidate can choose between

• 6:00am - 2:30pm - Option 1-
• 8:00am - 4:30pm - Option 2-
• 9:30am - 6:00pm - Option 3-

(All shifts include a 30-minute unpaid break.)

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and book vehicles in for service and repair.
• Explain work required and keep customers updated throughout the repair process.
• Liaise with the workshop and obtain authorisation for additional work.
• Promote relevant products and services.
• Complete service administration accurately while delivering excellent customer service.

About You

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar role.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work well in a busy team environment.
