SERVICE ADVISOR Salary: Up to £33,000 DOE + Overtime Hours: Monday to Friday Alternate Saturday Mornings Saturday Overtime: Paid at Time and a Half Are you an experienced Service Advisor looking for a new opportunity with an early finish and excellent overtime potential? We are recruiting for a customer-focused Service Advisor to join a busy and professional commercial vehicle service department. This is a central role, acting as the key link between customers, the workshop and the wider service team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for customers both face-to-face and over the telephone, ensuring they receive a professional and efficient service throughout their vehicle''s journey. The Role: Act as the first point of contact for customers Book vehicles into the workshop for servicing, maintenance and repairs Liaise closely with Workshop Technicians and Service Teams Keep customers updated on vehicle progress and repair requirements Prepare and manage job cards Assist with administration and invoicing Provide accurate information on parts, repairs and labour times Promote additional products and services where appropriate Ensure customer expectations are managed effectively Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures What We''re Looking For: Previous experience as a Service Advisor or similar customer-facing automotive role Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong customer service and interpersonal ..... full job details .....
