Service Advisor

We are recruiting for a Service Advisor on behalf of our client, a reputable prestige main dealership located in Canterbury, Kent. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced motor trade professionals seeking to work within a well-established, customer-focused dealership. Duties:

• Book work into the workshop, including MOTs and servicing appointments
• Upsell additional products, such as service plans and accessories
• Provide exemplary customer service by managing customer journey from booking to vehicle collection
• Maintain customer communication throughout the repair process
• Accurately process and update service records

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Service Advisor within a main dealer environment
• Full UK driving license
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to upsell and maximise workshop revenue
• Commercial awareness and understanding of automotive services preferred
