We pride ourselves on our quality and technical expertise that underpins our full suite of Building Control services, our approach is to listen and engage with our clients to anticipate the regulatory issues that will need resolving and work in partnership to deliver a successful project.We offer our clients in all sectors a class-leading regulatory and consultancy Building Standards service that is specifically coordinated to meet the responsibilities being imposed through the Building Safety Act and BCAR processes. We’re at the forefront of the industry—and we want you to join us. We operate a hybrid model typically 3 days in the office or on site and 2 days at home (depending on site visits/clients meetings).What does the role involve?
Manage a broad and interesting range of projects as a member of a highly motivated team with responsibility for:Undertaking plan checks submitted for Building Regulation approvalUndertaking site visits, preparing site visit reports, witnessing tests (a full, valid driving licence is essential)Attending client and design team meetings to give professional advice regarding building control workBeing familiar with and using the management systems, including complying with the Quality Management systemOperating in accordance with the commercial requirements of the projects (costs and programme)What We Need
