Senior Vice President Sales- Analytics (Hi-tech Professional Services) – London area. Role involves leading HPS analytics sales through new business development, account farming, and strategic client partnerships within a hi-tech professional services context.Responsibilities

New Business development: Driving business growth by actively pursuing new opportunities. New Logos – Hunting.Account Farming: Nurture and develop strong, long-term relationships with existing clients by becoming a trusted advisor and understanding their unique business needs and challenges.Upsell and Cross-Sell: Identify opportunities to expand analytics services within existing accounts by offering tailored solutions that align with client objectives.Account Retention: Proactively address client concerns, work with the delivery leadership team to ensure exceptional service delivery, and effectively manage and resolve issues.Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently achieving and exceeding revenue and profit goals from existing accounts.Solutions: Drive a high conversion rate for client opportunities by being responsible for the creation of high-quality solutions. Understand the client business and analytics strategy to identify and develop proactive opportunities.Collaboration: Work closely with the broader sales, account management and domain-specific business unit colleagues to align strategies, share insights, and deliver comprehensive account farming strategies.Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging market opportunities to provide valuable insights to clients.Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and account progress, and regularly report on account farming performance to the management team.Engagement and Customer Feedback: Engage consistently with senior client leadership, drive high-quality account governance, solicit feedback from clients and use it to enhance the quality and relevance of services. Groom and develop onsite staff to expand their roles in farming.Qualifications

10+ years of progressive experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the hi-tech professional services sectorProven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targetsStrong background in analytics with the ability to translate data insights into actionable sales strategiesExcellent leadership skills with experience in building and managing high-performing sales teamsIn-depth knowledge of analytics tools, methodologies, and best practicesOutstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex analytical concepts to diverse audiencesStrategic thinker with strong business acumen and problem-solving skillsBachelor''s degree in Business, Analytics, or related field; MBA preferredExtensive experience with CRM systems and sales analytics platformsDeep understanding of the hi-tech professional services industry and its unique challengesWillingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry eventsAdditional Information

Proven track record in sales and account management, with at least 10 years of experience in a similar role.Consultative selling and credibility with C-level executives in the UK/EU Hi-tech and Professional Services sectorResults-oriented with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets (hunting and farming).Must have a background in HPS Sales and Analytics (Qualitative and Quantitative)Domain understanding and experience in analytics use cases in the HPS industry in the UK, EUKnowledge of statistical analysis, regression techniques, data science, AI and Agentic ..... full job details .....
