New Vacancy - Senior Underwriter - Property DandFLloyd''s SyndicateCity of London I am currently partnered with a leading Lloyd''s Syndicate who are seeking a Senior Underwriter to join their Property team. You will be Underwriting a variety of Property products on a global basis including direct and FAC business. My client leads most business, writes primary (60%) and excess (40%) business, and would be keen to grow out the International book more. My client is looking for an experienced Property DandF Underwriter with a great portfolio track record, and someone with strong broker connections. Key Responsibilities Underwrite Direct and Facultative Property risks, including complex international business. Play a key role in establishing and growing the DandF Property portfolio, helping to shape underwriting appetite, areas of focus and overall strategy. Build and strengthen relationships with London Market and international brokers, establishing the business as a credible, long-term DandF partner. Contribute to the development and delivery of the business plan, supporting profitable and sustainable growth. Act as a senior technical referral point, providing strong underwriting judgement and market insight. Maintain a strong understanding of market dynamics, capacity and pricing across the DandF Property market.
