Senior Trust Manager (14-month Maternity-cover contract)
The role We re seeking a Senior Trusts Manager to join our fantastic Philanthropy and Partnerships team on a 14-month maternity leave contract. The ideal start date for this role will be between 3rd-19th August 2026 to ensure a handover with our Senior Trusts Manager. You will lead on the development of our Trusts and Foundation income stream, expertly stewarding our warmest donors and building the pipeline for long term growth. You will work collaboratively across the organisation to unlock multi-year funding opportunities You will inspire and develop the Trusts team, fostering a positive culture while ensuring targets are met About You You are an excellent relationship fundraiser, able to build meaningful, long term relationships with family trusts, institutional foundations and people affected by pancreatic cancer You are a data driven person who uses insights to drive strategy, foster growth and maximise opportunities You are a team leader, able to support your team and inspire them to do their best work.
