This role sits within a highly private, in-house environment, supporting a sophisticated portfolio of trusts and corporate structures for an ultra-high-net-worth family.This position is ideally suited to an individual with over 8-10 years'' experience in trust and corporate administration, particularly across offshore jurisdictions, who is seeking a long-term, stable role with broad exposure and meaningful responsibility.Key responsibilities:Trust administrationPrepare and implement trustee and protector decisions, including distributions, loans and paymentsEnsure compliance with trust deeds and internal governance requirementsDraft deeds of appointment and related legal documentationCoordinate trustee and corporate director meetingsPrepare banking instructions and board-level reportingManage KYC and due diligence processesMaintain accurate records and documentation systemsCorporate administrationOversee annual filings and liaise with international service providersOrganise board and director meetings across multiple jurisdictionsPrepare resolutions and formally document key decisionsMaintain statutory registers and corporate recordsSupport bank account openings and investment structuresManage KYC and ongoing due diligence requirementsEnsure accurate internal record keeping across all entitiesCandidate profile10+ years'' experience in ..... full job details .....
