Senior Town Planner Newcastle Our client a growing multi-disciplinary consultancy has an excellent opportunity for a Senior Town Planner to join their established team based in Newcastle. The successful Senior Town Planner can expect to work on a wide variety of schemes ranging from residential and mixed use developments through to large scale infrastructure schemes. Qualifications and experience: Chartered Member of the RTPI Demonstrable experience within the planning industry, working within a consultancy or local authority Experience of working on large scale infrastructure developments Proven track record of mentoring staff Duties: Taking up the role of project lead on a variety of projects across the North of England Managing and mentoring junior members of the team Actively contribute to the further growth of the team and workload Preparing and submitting applications and appeals Attending client meetings and planning committees Benefits: Competitive starting salary and benefits package including generous annual leave Excellent career progression opportunities Interested?
