Join our dynamic Professional Services team as a Commercial Lending Consultant, where you''ll play a pivotal role in implementing our Commercial Loan Origination (CLO) solution. This tool supports banks in managing the full lifecycle of commercial loans—from origination to servicing.You’ll work directly with clients to translate business needs into system specifications, configure solutions, support testing, and ensure successful delivery. Your expertise in CLO and commercial lending products will be key to guiding clients through best practices and ensuring seamless adoption.Key Responsibilities

Translate business and user needs into functional system specifications.Configure the CLO solution to meet client requirements.Support clients in writing test plans and executing test cases.Lead implementation best practices and manage client expectations.Conduct system and quality reviews to ensure robust configuration.Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues.Deliver product training and provide ongoing consulting support.Collaborate with internal teams including development and support.What You’ll Bring

Proven experience with CLO and commercial lending products.Background in finance, banking, or accounting.Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and time management.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Willingness to travel (up to 30%).Bonus Skills

Experience with full-cycle software implementations.Familiarity with REST/SOAP web services, BPM, and case lifecycle management.Technical knowledge in Java, JavaScript, HTML, XML, JSON, Angular.Understanding of microservices, CI/CD, and database technologies.Our Culture
