We’re looking for a deeply networked and execution-focused Senior Technical Recruiter to lead backend engineering hiring at Fuse. This role is ideal for someone with strong agency experience placing top-tier backend engineers into hedge funds, high-frequency trading firms, or elite tech companies. You’ll work closely with founders, technical leaders, and hiring managers to shape our engineering team.Responsibilities

Develop tailored sourcing strategies to engage top-tier talent from hedge funds, trading firms, and elite technical organisationsScreen and assess candidates for both technical excellence and cultural fitRun high-quality processes: drive pipeline activity, facilitate debriefs, and ensure seamless candidate experiencesNegotiate offers and close world-class talent in competitive marketsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs and timelines5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a heavy focus on backend roles in high-performance engineering environmentsAgency background working with trading firms, hedge funds, or HFTsProven ability to identify and close candidates with niche, in-demand skill setsAbility to develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidatesExcellent relationship-building and influencing skills across all levels of an organizationStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience with ATS tools, reporting, and data-driven recruiting practicesCompetitive salaryBiannual bonus schemeFully expensed tech to match your needs!Breakfast and dinner for office-based employeesOpportunity to work closely with senior business leaders and exposure to building a global energy ..... full job details .....
