high-rise residential tower project

in South East London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technical professional to play a pivotal role in the delivery of a complex, large-scale development.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all technical and design coordination across the residential tower scheme.Manage the flow of information between design consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.Ensure drawings and technical details are fully coordinated and compliant with building regulations, planning conditions, and client requirements.Support the Technical Manager in driving design and technical solutions through to completion.Lead design workshops and resolve technical challenges promptly and effectively.Monitor and manage design changes, ensuring quality and cost efficiency.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior technical team members.About YouProven experience as a

within residential or mixed-use developments.Strong background in

high-rise residential construction
