£45,000 - £55,000+A dual-office Civil and Structural Engineering Consultancy based in Spinningfields in Manchester City Centre is looking for a Chartered (IStructE) Senior Structural Engineer to join their new office. The role involves working on a variety of projects such as Commercial, Educational, Historical, Leisure, and Entertainment industry solutions, including Manchester''s recent Chanel outdoor fashion show in December.The offices are located in Manchester and Leeds, with nearly 20 staff across the Pennines. The company was founded after the directors previously worked together at a well-known international consultancy, fostering a big-thinking but personable culture.This position is ideal for a Senior Structural Engineer with consultancy experience (6-10+ years) who has achieved Chartered status with the IStructE. The candidate should have:A current Senior Structural Engineer roleAt least 6+ years'' experience in a similar consultancy roleA degree in Engineering or related fieldExperience with AutoCADA clean UK driver''s license for site and client visitsRelocation is unlikely; local candidates preferred. The role is available immediately. Salary depends on experience, with candidates holding a degree plus 4 years'' experience earning around £45,000 - £55,000+.
