Danone Türkiye is looking for a talented colleague for the "Senior Strategic Insights and Analytics Manager" position. Take this opportunity to GROW together!Main Objective – What is the primary goal/purpose of the role?Drive sustainable business growth by transforming complex data into actionable strategic insights that directly inform and influence key business decisions.Act as a thought partner in strategic decision-making processes, contributing to the design and execution of long-term growth strategies.Identify growth opportunities through deep understanding of People/Market/Brand/Category Performance to make strategic decisions and improve business outcomes.Partner with cross-functional teams to align on priorities, drive strategic clarity, and lead high-impact research initiatives that fuel business acceleration.

Responsibilities

Strategic Growth and Business Planning: Lead performance reporting across Market, Category, and Brand, crafting compelling narratives that move beyond the "what" to reveal the "so what" and "now what".

Analyze market dynamics and the competitive landscape to inform strategic planning, resource allocation, and long-term business positioning.

Challenge conventional thinking with a strategic mindset and entrepreneurial spirit—connecting trends, data, and insights to inspire cross-functional action.

Insight Generation and Data Storytelling: Synthesize data from multiple sources (retail, pharmacy data, search, UandA, BHT, HHP etc.) to uncover human stories and drive strategic recommendations.

Distill large and complex datasets into clear, compelling business insights.

Develop intuitive dashboards and KPIs to democratize data and empower smarter decisions.

People-Centred Strategy: Champion the consumer voice in marketing decisions through deep market and behavioral analysis.

Leverage digital tools to extract fresh insights and craft impactful, forward-looking strategies.

Lead strategic research with key stakeholders (Consumers, Shoppers, Customers, Healthcare Professionals, etc.) to identify and prioritize growth opportunities.

Build networks inside and outside the business with agencies and other functions to ensure SIA (Strategic Insights and Analytics) is fully connected and strongly influencing the business.

About YouRequired skills/experience:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Curious, analytical, and impact-driven insights leader with min 7–8 years of experience across FMCG/ healthcare companies

Proven strategic leadership in solving complex problems and driving cross-functional collaboration

Leads with a growth mindset, actively shaping personal leadership style while enhancing team performance and development.

Builds and nurtures strong networks across local and global teams, effectively communicating to influence and align stakeholders

Passion for people-centricity and driving business growth through data

Fluent in English

Advanced knowledge of MS Office and BI tools/applications

Summers are flexible here! You could work fully remote for 4 weeks during July and August.

We also enjoy Fridays during summer period between July and August by finishing our works by 1500 and enjoying the rest of the day and starting the weekend earlier.
