Senior Specifications Technologist My client a successful and well-respected food manufacturer in the East Midlands are seeking a Senior Specifications Technologist to join their Technical department, you will take a key role in supporting the New Product Development Team and Technical teams to ensure product specifications and information is correct Key Responsibilities Ensure due diligence and take into consideration timescales, company procedures, legislation, and customer codes of practice Ensuring that correct technical information is on correct packaging Attendance at customer meetings To ensure you keep up to date with current legislation and company policies Ensuring that raw materials specifications are assessed according to standards Reviewing analytical data Be compliant with customer requirements Support to production to provide solutions Skills and experience Understanding of HACCP, GMP and hygiene Basic understanding of Microbiology and Nutrition Minimum 2 years experience within Food Manufacturing Experience working with major retailers Role Days Mon- Friday, 8.00am-4pm (Hybrid) Salary DOE Pension Life Cover Genuine development and progression Mach are acting as an agent for this ..... full job details .....
