Senior Social Challenges Officer

I''m excited to be hiring a new role for a mental health charity, joining their Digital and Experiential team, driving fundraising through a number of products as part of a wider Mass Engagement Fundraising team, as their new Senior Social Challenges Officer. This role leads on Social Challenges with responsibility for developing a diverse and successful portfolio, recruiting thousands of fundraisers and supporting them to exceed their fundraising goals. I''m looking to hear from individuals with experience in the charity virtual challenge space who can manage multiple stakeholders and work at pace. As Senior Social Challenge Officer, you will lead the growth, delivery and optimisation of the charity''s Social Challenges, Weddings and Birthdays fundraising portfolio. Working closely with the Digital and Experiential Manager, you will strengthen existing products and identify future opportunities through data insight and sector trend analysis. You will oversee the end-to-end project management of digital fundraising activities, from setting targets and KPIs to briefing suppliers, monitoring delivery, and evaluating performance. You will also provide hands-on leadership of two Fundraising Officers.
