Senior Site Manager – Restoration Projects (London & Surrounding Areas)

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience

We are working with a well-established specialist contractor renowned for delivering high-quality restoration and refurbishment projects across historically significant and listed buildings. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Site Manager to oversee multiple projects across London and the surrounding regions.

The Role:
You will take full responsibility for managing site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. This includes coordinating subcontractors, maintaining quality control, and overseeing programme delivery across a range of prestigious restoration schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations and subcontractor coordination
• Ensure projects meet programme deadlines and quality standards
• Oversee health & safety, including site inductions and toolbox talks
• Maintain site documentation, scheduling, and reporting
• Ensure smooth delivery of projects from start to completion

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Site Manager role
• Strong background in restoration, refurbishment, or high-end construction
• Good contractual awareness and organisational skills
• Proven ability to manage sites and deliver projects to tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
