Site Manager (Cover)

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Site Manager-for a temporary holiday cover contract basin Kingston Upon Thames.-

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of the construction site.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with project plans and specifications.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.
• Monitor project progress and report regularly to senior management.
• Resolve on-site issues efficiently to minimise delays.
• Ensure quality standards are achieved throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Site Manager within the construction industry.
• Valid SMSTS certificate.
• Valid CSCS card.
• First Aid at Work qualification.
• Strong knowledge of UK health and safety regulations.

Desirable

• Experience in residential, commercial, refurbishment, or fit-out projects.
• Relevant construction management qualification (NVQ Level 6 or equivalent).
