Senior Site Manager - RC Frame - Immediate Start

An experienced Senior Site Manager is required for a large new build RC Frame residential project in Bedfordshire. The scheme is well under way with piling contractors currently on site. Overall project completion is scheduled for 2028 and will provide over 250 new apartments for private / affordable sale. An out on site Senior Site Manager is required to manage the RC Frame package. The successful candidate will ideally have experience of managing similar multi storey RC Frame of at least -5m in value. It is also essential that the Construction Manager has experience of assisting with design & programming prior to works commencing on site.

Role/duties:
Reporting to a site based Project Manager on site to ensure smooth construction process including managing of all site labour and sub-contractors, management of construction programme, minimising/eliminating potential programme delays. The Construction Manager will also liaise with the client & associated consultants & be able to chair regular progress meetings.

Qualifications:
Relevant qualification and tickets - CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid.
