Senior Site Manager

The Company: We are working with a well-established, successful regional contractor who have asked us to source a Senior Site Manager to join their team. They work for a varied client base which are almost exclusively based in the North West of England. They are privately owned, profitable and are active in several market sectors including; education, healthcare, leisure and commercial. The Role/ You: Due to a healthy pipeline of work, they are now in a position to recruit a Senior Site Manager to lead a new build Leisure scheme in Lancashire. They are looking to meet with local individuals who have managed new build projects from start to completion, valued from £1.5m+. You will be based in or able to travel to the Lancashire, Merseyside and Greater Manchester regions on a daily basis. You will have experience working as a Site Manager / number 1 on site for a main contractor, ideally on similar schemes to those mentioned above.
