School Site Manager

Adecco are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to support a primary school in Hindley Green. Job Type: Temporary - This is a medium to long-term opportunity with an immediate start available.Days: Monday to FridayHours:37 hours per weekPreferred split shift: 6:00am to 10:00am and 2:30pm to 6:00pmFlexibility available for the right candidateHourly Rate: 15ph Duties:Opening and securing the school premises (key holding)Carrying out basic site maintenance and repairsEnsuring site compliance and health and safety standards are maintainedLiaising with and overseeing contractors on siteSupporting with site security and day-to-day operational issuesAssisting with cleaning duties where requiredRequirements:Previous Site Manager, Caretaker or Facilities Management experienceGood understanding of health and safety and compliance requirementsReliable, proactive and able to work independentlyEnhanced DBS preferred (or willingness to obtain one) Please apply if you are suitable!
