Senior Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join an established contractor/developer on a temp-to-perm basis. The successful candidate will have a strong background delivering large-scale residential developments, ideally gained with a leading PLC housebuilder. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard. Manage subcontractors, site teams and construction activities. Drive build programmes, monitor progress and resolve site issues. Maintain high standards of health and safety, quality control and customer satisfaction. Liaise with senior management, commercial teams and external stakeholders. Requirements: Proven Senior Site Manager experience within a PLC residential developer/housebuilder. Strong track record delivering volume housing or multi-unit residential schemes. Excellent leadership, programming and subcontractor management skills. Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.
