Senior Site Manager - Bedfordshire / Hertfordshire Area 70,000- 80,000 + Package We are working with a well-established national housebuilder who is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Site Manager for a brand-new phase of a successful development. The new phase will consist of approximately 236 traditionally built units, offering the opportunity to join right at the beginning and take real ownership of the site as it progresses. This is a strong opportunity for an experienced housebuilding professional looking to join a respected developer with a good regional reputation, solid pipeline and long-term prospects. The role will include:Managing the day-to-day running of the developmentOverseeing subcontractors and site teamsDriving programme, quality and health and safety standardsWorking closely with the wider construction and commercial teamsEnsuring homes are delivered on time and to a high standardWe are looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager with a proven background in volume housebuilding and strong traditional build experience.
