Senior Site Manager Externals

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join a major, long-term residential regeneration scheme in South West London.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for the external construction packages across a large RC-frame residential development. This will include managing the groundworks, reinforced concrete frame and fa-ade packages from inception through to completion.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing all groundworks, RC-frame and fa-ade activities

• Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works remain on programme

• Monitoring quality, health and safety, logistics and site progress

• Chairing progress meetings and resolving construction issues

• Working closely with the project team, design team and commercial department

• Managing inspections, snagging and package handovers

• Ensuring works are delivered in accordance with drawings and specifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on large residential schemes

• Strong knowledge of groundworks, RC frames and fa-ade systems

• Experience managing external packages on multi-storey developments

• Excellent subcontractor management and programming skills

• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications

• A strong track record of delivering packages safely, on time and to a high standard
