Senior Site Engineer

A leading engineering contractor are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Site Engineer to join a major construction project in the data centre and energy sector, based in Middlesbrough. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong Site Engineer looking to take on a senior role within a large-scale, highly regulated construction environment. The Role As Senior Site Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the safe and successful delivery of the project, working closely with the Project Manager, Site Management team, subcontractors and other stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include: Providing day-to-day engineering and setting-out support. Monitoring the progress and quality of works on site. Ensuring construction is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and programme requirements. Preparing and managing RAMS, ITPs and quality documentation. Maintaining drawing registers and accurate site records, including as-built information and site photographs. Identifying and reporting technical issues, non-conformances and out-of-tolerance works. Supporting the development and implementation of safe systems of work. Supervising and coordinating specialist subcontractors and technical engineering activities. Supporting delivery against programme, budget and quality requirements. Ensuring temporary works are delivered in accordance with approved construction information and permit requirements.
