A leading residential contractor is seeking a Senior Site Manager with a strong external packages background to join a high-end high-rise residential development in London.

The successful candidate will lead a team of 6+ site staff and take responsibility for delivering key external elements of the scheme.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a large site team including Site Managers and engineers
• Oversee fa-ade, envelope and external works packages
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure programme targets are met
• Maintain high standards of health & safety and build quality
• Work closely with the Project Manager and commercial team

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on high-rise residential projects
• Strong background managing external packages
• Experience managing large site teams
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
