Senior Site Manager

No.1 Site Manager – Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire -  Prime Residential Project - 2 High End New Build Propertys £5M each - Starting on site in 4-6 weeks time - 15 month project. Project will involve basement, swimming pools - traditional wood panelling internals and will be a traditional build with external render

Our client are a leading contractor with sites in and around London, they are looking for an experienced Site Manager to manage a Prime Residential Project in Beaconsfield. Will be acting as NO.1 on site by themsleves with a visiting Contracts Manager.

Tasks/ Responsibilities:

• Ordering of Labour

• Ordering of Materials 

• Identify and resolve any issues with the project 

• To be a point of contact for our client. 

Skills/ Qualifications required:

• SMSTS & CSCS Card

• Driving License (preferred not essential)

• Strong work ethic

• First Aid Certificate

• MUST have previous high end/prime new build experience from groundworks to internals stages

• MUST have experience as NO.1 on site
