Senior Site Manager

We are currently working with a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor who are looking to add an experienced Site Manager to their team in Edinburgh, working on a high-value commercial development.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded contractor with a strong reputation for delivering large-scale, complex projects to an exceptional standard.

As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with the Project Manager, subcontractors, site teams and key stakeholders throughout the development.

The successful Site Manager will have:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction industry
• Experience working on commercial developments
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, health & safety and quality
• Experience managing subcontractors and site teams
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
