Senior Site Manager - Gosport

3D Personnel are recruiting for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join an established main contractor delivering a major mixed-use development in Gosport.

The project incorporates new-build residential, refurbishment, commercial and leisure elements within a large, long-term development.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations and subcontractors

• Drive programme, quality and health & safety standards

• Coordinate trades, logistics and site resources

• Work closely with the Project Manager and wider delivery team

• Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to programme

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager with a main contractor

• Strong residential or mixed-use project experience

• Experience managing multiple subcontract packages

• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid

• Strong leadership and communication skills
