Senior Service Designer | Up to -80,000 + Bonus | Hybrid

We''re looking for an experienced Senior Service Designer to join an ambitious Experience & Transformation team, helping major organisations redesign complex services and create meaningful, lasting change.

This is service design beyond screens. You''ll look at the full picture, customers, people, processes, technology, policy and operating models, and turn complex challenges into practical solutions.

You''ll be:
* Leading end-to-end service redesign and transformation
* Facilitating workshops and working directly with clients
* Mapping customer journeys and service ecosystems
* Designing operating models across people, process and technology
* Influencing senior stakeholders and turning insight into action
* Supporting and mentoring other designers

We''re looking for:
* Strong experience in Service Design or Business Design
* Systems-thinking and experience with complex services
* Excellent stakeholder and workshop facilitation skills
* Experience working on transformation programmes
* Strong commercial and strategic thinking
* Experience with public or private sector transformation is a bonus

Up to -80,000 + performance-based bonus

Hybrid - around 2 days in the London office
