Senior Service Delivery Manager (FM Soft Services) Location: Liverpool Contract: Full-Time - Permanent Contract Structure: Monday to Friday - Days but requiring flexibility for operational continuity. Position Summary An excellent commercial opportunity has arisen for a Senior Service Delivery Manager to oversee a critical, multi-tier industrial service and waste management contract in the Liverpool area. The successful candidate will assume total accountability for the on-site operations, financial, and administrative performance of a 24/7 business unit. Managing a multi team structure of personnel across various shifts, and will drive rigorous compliance, continuous improvement, and robust client governance to protect and expand a high-value corporate account. Key Execution Areas: Governance and Client Relations: Act as the primary on-site stakeholder representing the business. Lead formal contract reviews, manage KPIs, and align service delivery with corporate benchmarks. Financial Stewardship: Manage comprehensive PandL, direct resource planning, track actual costs against budgets, and implement quantitative frameworks to achieve year-on-year cost reductions. Operational Excellence: Apply Lean methodologies to diagnose operational inefficiencies. Ensure continuous improvement across all cleaning and material processing streams.
