The Role Manage full-cycle seafreight export shipments from booking through to final deliveryCoordinate with shipping lines, overseas agents, and hauliersPrepare and process export documentation (B/Ls, customs entries, etc.)Ensure compliance with all export regulations and proceduresProvide high levels of customer service, handling queries and updatesMonitor shipments and proactively resolve any issues What We''re Looking For Minimum 5+ years'' experience in seafreight export operationsStrong working knowledge of international shipping processes and documentationExperience using Cargowise (essential)Confident communicator with strong organisational skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple shipments simultaneouslyA proactive, detail-oriented approachWR Logistics are the recruitment partner for all vacancies in the logistics industry.
