They are now seeking an experienced Seafreight Export Operator to join their team, handling end-to-end export shipments in a fast-paced and professional environment.

The Role

• Manage full-cycle seafreight export shipments from booking through to final delivery
• Coordinate with shipping lines, overseas agents, and hauliers
• Prepare and process export documentation (B/Ls, customs entries, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with all export regulations and procedures
• Provide high levels of customer service, handling queries and updates
• Monitor shipments and proactively resolve any issues

What We''re Looking For

• Minimum 5+ years'' experience in seafreight export operations
• Strong working knowledge of international shipping processes and documentation
• Experience using Cargowise (essential)
• Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple shipments simultaneously
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach
