This is a site-based position located at Oxford. As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a Senior Scientist with a strong track record of managing outsourced pre-clinical studies within the biotech industry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, science-driven environment where they can combine scientific leadership, CRO oversight, and hands-on laboratory expertise. The Opportunity You will play a key role in driving preclinical in vivo studies through external CRO partnerships, supporting the progression of gene therapy programmes from discovery through translational development. The successful candidate will bring proven experience managing CROs, overseeing in vivo studies, and hands-on wet lab experience collaborating cross-functionally within a biotech setting.
