Senior Sales Support Coordinator

The role Be the person who keeps our sales desk running. Our LA Direct Solutions team supplies servers and IT hardware to brokers, resellers and traders across the UK, Ireland and beyond, and we need an experienced sales support professional to make sure every quote, order, shipment and invoice is right first time. This is a senior role with real ownership. You''ll check the sales team''s warranty orders, cover colleagues when they''re away and support our Head of Sales and Purchasing day to day and with our training, you''ll build up to owning server orders without a second check. What you''ll do Quotes, orders and invoicing Break down approved quotes and send pricing to customers in their own currency Issue formal quotations and pro forma invoices Load customer orders, including server orders, and send confirmations and tracking Prepare the correct invoicing for orders routed via Ireland and the US Check and approve supplier invoices Purchasing and stock Place purchase orders with suppliers and chase delivery and tracking Manage customer backorders so stock is ordered and allocated on time Raise supplier GRNs and deal with returned stock, shipping it back or scrapping it as appropriate Logistics, warranty and returns Source pallet ..... full job details .....
