About You Minimum of 2 years'' estate agency experience. Strong valuation, negotiation, and business development skills. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Good knowledge of the residential property market and sales process. Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle. Experience with estate agency CRM systems is advantageous.
