This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Estate Agent or someone with a strong background in sales, customer service or administration, offering a varied role covering property viewings, sales progression, customer service and general administration, with commission opportunities and genuine long-term career progression. The Role As a Sales Negotiator / Administrator, you will: Register and qualify new buyers, understanding their property requirements Match applicants with suitable properties and proactively follow up with buyers Arrange and conduct property viewings Follow up viewings and provide constructive feedback to vendors Negotiate offers and progress agreed sales through to completion Complete general sales administration, including AML checks and terms of business Prepare property particulars and ensure property information is accurate and up to date Upload and maintain property listings across the company website and major property portals Keep the CRM updated with viewing feedback, offers, applicant details and sales notes Handle ..... full job details .....
