Taking care of every aspect of the buying, selling, letting and renting of properties, their in-depth understanding of the market, along with a proven track record, sets them apart from the usual high street estate agent. Key Responsibilities: Valuing residential properties and advising clients on pricing strategies. Marketing properties and arranging viewings. Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful sales. Managing the sales process from offer acceptance through to completion. Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and mortgage advisers. Providing expert advice on local property market trends and conditions. Meeting and exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Following up leads and generating new business opportunities.
