Senior Sales Executive - Loughborough Franchised Motor Dealership £28,000 Basic + £55,000 OTE No Sundays Every Saturday Day off in the week The Role We''re looking for a Senior Sales Executive, Business Manager or current Sales Controller to join a busy dealership in Loughborough. You''ll be responsible for managing customers through the full sales process, from initial enquiry through to handover, while consistently working towards monthly sales and performance targets. You''ll also be expected to maximise every sales opportunity, build strong customer relationships and work closely with the wider sales team to maintain a high level of performance and customer service. Who We''re Looking For We''re particularly interested in speaking with Senior Sales Executives, Business Managers and current Sales Controllers who have proven experience within a main dealer environment. You''ll need to be confident with customers, commercially minded and motivated by hitting targets and maximising your earning potential.
