Car Sales Executive Franchised Motor Dealership - Loughborough £20,000 Basic + £40,000-£50,000 OTE No Sundays Every Saturday Day off in the week The Role We''re looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join a busy dealership in Loughborough. You''ll be responsible for guiding customers through the full vehicle sales process, from initial enquiry through to handover, while delivering a great customer experience and working towards monthly targets. You''ll be dealing with new and used vehicle enquiries, building strong relationships with customers, conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives, and following up on opportunities to maximise your sales performance. Who We''re Looking For We''re looking for someone with previous automotive sales experience who is confident dealing with customers and motivated by achieving targets and earning strong commission. You''ll need to be commercially minded, personable and able to work well within a busy dealership environment. What''s On Offer The role comes with a £20,000 basic salary and an OTE of £40,000-£50,000, giving you excellent earning potential.
