The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer enquiries from initial specification through to quotation, order completion and ongoing customer support.Working closely with both new and existing customers, you will combine your technical expertise with commercial awareness to develop long-term customer relationships, identify new business opportunities and help drive continued business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesManage customer enquiries from initial pump selection through to quotation, contract review and aftersales support.Select and specify a wide range of centrifugal and positive displacement pumps based on customer applications and requirements.Provide technical advice and support to customers on pump selection and system design.Identify and source spare parts using technical ..... full job details .....
