Oversee income collection, debt recovery and payment arrangements, ensuring robust governance and effective performance management. Manage and develop Revenues Team Managers and operational teams, driving continuous improvement and maintaining high service standards. Support the implementation of Government initiatives, discretionary schemes and legislative changes affecting revenues and benefits services.
